Delete Your Orbit Account

App: Orbit (com.fjordstudio.orbit) on Google Play

You can permanently delete your Orbit account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (recommended)

Open Orbit and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your sign-in account and all data linked to it: your profile, your unique @handle, all contacts you added, interaction logs, reminders, scheduled messages, and settings. Nothing is retained.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your device, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Send an email to orbit.app.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Orbit account", sent from the email address your Orbit account is registered with (so we can verify it is really you).

We process email deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply once completed.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete any individual contact, interaction log, reminder or scheduled message at any time, and it is removed permanently. You can also email us (address above) to request deletion of specific data.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted (everything): your account, profile, @handle, contacts, interaction logs, reminders, scheduled messages, preferences, and any AI usage counters. Deletion is permanent.
Kept: nothing. Orbit does not retain personal data after account deletion.

Note about subscriptions: deleting your Orbit account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play subscription settings.
